We are growing every day and are looking for a Jr. Designer who wants to work in a startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Help the design team develop the kind of innovative and cutting-edge experiences and nontraditional campaigns that have built ground(ctrl)s award winning portfolio.

Work with the design team by supporting all aspects of design and production for projects, focusing on quality.

Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve our work and process.
Create and cut production-ready art for implementation in flash, html and css.
Assist in the development of all major campaign assets including rich media banners, promotional micro-sites, multi-platform initiatives and mobile interfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS
An inexorable attention to detail and killer organizational skills.
Experience in producing cutting edge ad campaigns and websites.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and how to design for it.
Passion for beautiful, high-quality interactive design.

Internship - Content Moderation

We are growing every day and are looking for interns who wants to work in a startup environment.

Duties include:

  • Direct online marketing
  • Community Moderation
  • Light phones and data entry
  • Quick thinking ability in a fast-paced environment. Strong desire to work for independent and major label artists. Working knowledge of the internet is a must.

Qualifications: College student, major in marketing, music or communication preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills required. Able to work 10 to 20 hours a week (maybe more/maybe less). Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Photoshop preferred. One year of work experience in an office environment preferred and/or prior marketing experience preferred. Must have transportation!
